Guided deployment
The module arrives ready to use, configured to your plant’s quality processes and controls.

Flexible, configurable forms
Your own team creates and evolves the controls — checklists, centerlines, quality analyses, batch release and audits — without depending on H2W for every change.
- Multi-tab forms with text, numbers, dates, times, selection lists, images and files.
- Dynamic forms, shown automatically according to the values entered.
- Tables for structured records and auto-calculated fields.

Limits, validations and automatic results
At fill time, QualityWeb checks each value against targets and limits, calculates the result and flags it to the operator.
- NEWPer-product limits: register each product's parameters and acceptance ranges and link them to form fields — when the product is selected during filling (e.g. centerline), QualityWeb automatically applies that product's limits.
- Targets, limits and acceptance ranges per variable, including product-weight checks from the product master.
- Automatic OK or NOK classification — with a Regular result for values within limits but outside the acceptance range.
- Full history: who filled, changed and validated, with date and time.
- Change traceability, with previous and new value of each field.
- Application duplication: forms evolve in a new application without affecting existing records.

SPC — Statistical Process Control
Track variable behavior and process stability and capability.
- Control charts per variable, against specification and acceptance limits, by period, category, application, form and author.
- Cp and Cpk capability indicators for variables with lower and upper limits.
- Histograms and normal distribution (Gauss) curve.
- NOK quantification by category, application, form and variable.
AI form configuration
AI assistant built into the editor: create and adjust forms in natural language — from a description, a photo of the paper form, a PDF or an Excel/CSV spreadsheet.
- Identification of the template fields: order, type of each field and selection-list options.
- Creation of tables with repeated rows and their columns.
- Summary of identified fields for confirmation before creation.
- Adjustments to existing forms — names, types, decimals and options — with mandatory confirmation before any deletion.
- Support in Portuguese, Spanish or English.
- Allowance of 30 forms created or edited by AI per month, included in QualityWeb; extra packages available.
Access profiles
Individual access per user, with functions separated by profile.
