Module that allows the identification and solution of defects in equipment and in any area of the company (TPM labels). The tool allows maintenance and security teams to have real-time information on defects by area, criticality, type, etc.

- Flexible reports allow viewing defects by period, criticality, type, location, person in charge, etc.

Workplace Safety
EHS — Safety Observations
This tool allows the management of work safety observations as unsafe acts and conditions. Observations are performed directly by users in the system, allowing real-time analysis.
- Reports allow the visualization of OK and NOK observations by period, area, type, category, etc.
- This module allows the creation of action plans related to any observation.
- Graphs allow the visualization of results by category and behavior.

FMEA — Non-Conformity Analysis
Tool that collaborates with the treatment of Nonconformity Analysis of different natures, containing the identification of the problem, investigation record, fishbone analysis, why-why analysis, root-cause analysis, action plans and validation of results.
- Failure Analysis (PM Card) with problem identification, analysis team, detailed description, and image uploads.
- Fishbone (Ishikawa) diagram: all fields are free text by cause category.

Tool that allows the management of entry permissions for employees of third parties. Permissions are registered, evaluated, and approved directly by the system.
