Guided deployment
The module goes live configured to your lines, cells and equipment and your autonomous maintenance standards.
- Initial setup of lines, cells, equipment, methods, PPE and first CIL tasks, together with the plant team.
- Team support at the start of use.
CIL tasks and operations
Each task brings together standards, methods, resources and instructions for the work on the equipment — managed by the plant team itself.
- Tasks by line/area, cell/zone and equipment, with inspection functional group and validity period.
- Operations by type — cleaning, inspection or lubrication — with standard to check, methods, planned time and equipment condition (running or stopped).
- Required PPE shown visually to the inspector during execution.
- Documents per operation, including lockout (LOTO) procedures and one-point lessons (OPL).
- Methods and PPE with image and description in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
- Activation and deactivation of tasks and operations.
Frequency, scheduling and calendar
ProMOS™ builds the work plan and spreads activities over the period — considering inspectors, allowed advances and tolerances.
- Daily (with weekdays), weekly, monthly and yearly frequencies, with configurable interval.
- Rules for advance execution and tolerance after the due date.
- Execution by a specific owner, any inspector of the area or the inspector on the weekly roster.
- Weekly roster with the lead inspector per area; temporary substitution for vacations and absences.
- Individual rescheduling, from a date or from the last execution, preserving history.
- Calendar of operations by line, cell and inspector.
Shop-floor execution
Inspectors see scheduled activities and record execution on computer, tablet or smartphone.
- Weekly view of each task’s operations, with standard, method, PPE, documents, OPLs, planned time and equipment condition.
- OK or NOK result individually, with comment and time, or in batch for selected operations.
- Status of each operation: due, can be advanced, overdue and priority, missed, done OK/NOK or done on a different date.
- Defects recorded during execution, with tags generated in the LABEL module (when contracted); view of unresolved defects.
- Home page with upcoming tasks, the inspector’s calendar and last-10-days indicators.
ProMOS BI — CIL
Native analysis in the format of modern BI tools, with no additional Microsoft Power BI license.
- Plan compliance vs. target, NOK operations and planned, done and overdue activities.
- Monthly compliance trend and analysis by line/area.
- Operations by frequency; calendar of upcoming activities.
- Dashboards configurable by the administrator.
- Integration with Microsoft Power BI and other systems (add-on).
CIL reports
Compliance, results and traceability, filtered by plant, line, cell, equipment, task and period.
