Online trainings and assessments

From material to test to certificate, all in ProMOS™ — with automatic renewal before expiry.

• Multiple-choice tests with time limit, number of questions and pass mark.
• Question bank with random draw per attempt; test unlocked only after viewing all materials.
• Immediate result; up to 5 attempts per round — new round released by the manager.
• Every attempt recorded with questions and answers; simplified assessment for read confirmation.
• Renewal test available automatically 3 months before expiry.

Classroom and hybrid sessions

Scheduling, invitation, approval, attendance, assessment and closing in one flow.

• Classes with organizer, room, certifying entity, seats, internal or external instructors and multiple dates.
• Training and coffee-break cost, with total cost and cost per seat.
• Individual or bulk invitation by status, role, leader, department, cost center or crew.
• Manager approval of invitations with deadline and e-mail; substitution by another employee with schedule-conflict check.

• Mastery level: not assessed, not qualified, in training, performs with supervision, performs independently or multiplier.

Employee portal and alerts

Each employee sees their status at login — and automatic alerts replace parallel controls.

• Home page with overdue, pending and scheduled trainings and new materials.
• Individual indicators compared to the plant average; calendar and upcoming expirations.
• Profile-based views: costs for administrators, team for managers, classes for instructors.

Native analysis in the format of modern BI tools, with no additional Microsoft Power BI license.

Reports and indicators

Employee status, audit support and cost management — automatically restricted by profile.

• Each employee’s status per training and history with pass, fail and external assessment.
• Consolidation by training, leader and employee; projection of what is scheduled through year end.
• Annual costs vs. previous year, by training, entity and leader; cost per invitee and class.
• Absences by module vs. previous year; classes held and scheduled; Excel export.

Access profiles

Access by employee ID; manager and instructor roles assigned automatically by the system.

• Training Administrator: full management, spreadsheet loads, alerts and certificates.
• Manager / Leader: approves invitations, releases new attempts, follows team reports and matrices and updates skill levels.
• Instructor: content, assessments and classes of their trainings.
• Employee: takes trainings and tests and accesses their own certificates.

Initial data load (optional)

When contracted, H2W loads your data — the module starts with the plant’s structure and history already in place.

• Import of employees, trainings and requirement links.
• Import of completed-training history, with automatic expiry calculation.
• Imported records available in indicators, reports and alerts.
• Load validated with your team before go-live.
