What is ProMOS®
ProMOS® — Production, Maintenance, Organization & Safety — is the industrial management platform developed by H2W SYSTEMS® for mid-sized and large manufacturers. All modules share the same environment, users, plant structure, and login, eliminating the need for disconnected standalone systems and spreadsheets.
Access and availability
Access is browser-based (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) through a company-exclusive subdomain — such as yourplant.h2wsys.com.br — with no software installation required and 24-hour availability. The platform is trilingual (Portuguese, English, and Spanish), making it ideal for multinational operations with plants across Brazil, Latin America, and the United States.
Real-time dashboard
The initial Dashboard displays real-time key indicators for each active module: quantity produced, OEE, downtime, open work orders, pending CIL tasks, overdue training, and delayed action plans. Data is automatically filtered by each user's access profile, ensuring every team member sees only information relevant to their level.
Native integrations
Integration with external equipment and systems is built-in: ProMOS® connects to PLCs, scales, barcode readers, and RFID, capturing data automatically without manual entry. There is also an interface with ERPs such as SAP to synchronize weighing data, product records, and production orders, reducing rework and entry errors.
Licensing and multi-plant
The platform does not charge per user — unlimited users are registered directly by the client with no additional cost or red tape. Each plant can choose the modules it needs, and all plants using the same module will have access to the same features, ensuring standardization and comparability across facilities.
Available ProMOS® modules
The platform currently includes the following integrated modules: Production & OEE, Quality Web / SPC, Maintenance (CMMS), Warehouse, Training (LMS), CIL, Workplace Safety, Yard Management (YMS), Action Plans, Failure Analysis (PM Card), DHS – Tags, and Logbook. Each module can be deployed independently or together, according to each operation's digital maturity and priorities.
Technical architecture
The technical architecture is built on Java with SQL Server, with an HTML5, JavaScript, and responsive CSS interface. Development is carried out entirely by the H2W SYSTEMS® team, delivering custom-built features — specific calculations, personalized reports, and APIs — without reliance on external vendors. Does ProMOS® work without installing any software?
Yes. ProMOS® is 100% web-based — accessed via browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) through a company-exclusive subdomain. No installation is required on any computer or device.
How many users can I register?
Unlimited users, at no extra cost per user. Registration is done directly by the client on the platform itself — no paperwork and no dependency on H2W for additions.
Does the system integrate with SAP and other ERPs?
