Contractor Management & Industrial Workplace Safety
Controlling third-party companies is one of the biggest safety challenges in industry. With ProMOS® Workplace Safety, each supplier company is periodically evaluated and each contractor has their documents, medical exam (ASO), training and certifications managed digitally — with automatic entry blocking in case of pending items.
Digital work permits eliminate paper and ensure every high-risk task is approved before starting. The system validates in real time whether the worker has the required training for that specific activity — including confined space, working at height, electrical activities and other regulatory requirements.
The digital badge integrated with the turnstile or gate ensures only workers with all documentation up to date can enter the plant. Proactive management — preventing accidents before they happen.

Complete centralization of information
The flow of this software begins with the registration of third-party companies. For each company, periodic evaluations are carried out where questions are raised that define the approval or disapproval of the company as a supplier.
Subsequently, the employees of each company are registered. At this time, information is recorded such as function, expiration date of access, validity of the integration, among others. Employees also undergo individual assessments, which may prevent their entry as a third party.
- Reports allow the visualization of the pending issues of each company and employee.
- The client has autonomy to configure the system by recording new training, activities, functions, evaluation issues, etc.
