CIL Software: Digital Autonomous Maintenance for your Industry
The CIL software digitizes Cleaning, Inspection and Lubrication routines — pillars of autonomous maintenance in TPM and WCM methodologies. With ProMOS® CIL, operators and technicians execute routes with step-by-step verification via tablet or smartphone, ensuring no task is skipped or forgotten.
Each execution generates digital records with photos, signatures and timestamps, creating a complete compliance history per equipment and area. Managers monitor route execution, deviations and pending items in real time — fully replacing paper checklists on the production floor.
The system allows creating routes with daily, weekly or monthly frequency, attaching technical instructions to each CIL point, and logging anomalies for automatic work order creation in the CMMS module.
